OSBLUEPRINT APP PLANS

Choose the cost structure that fits your operation.

You control eligible online payment costs.

Set customer recovery from 0% to 100% where permitted; your company bears the remaining share. Each eligible invoice and Paid Service Stop is assessed independently. There is no cumulative customer-fee cap. Standard payment-provider charges remain separate, and the customer sees any enabled fee clearly before paying.

A Paid Service Stop is all completed work for one customer, one property, and one service date, even when it includes multiple jobs.

For online payments inside the app, standard payment-provider fees apply separately once a provider is connected and activated; terms are disclosed before activation.

30 DAYS

Turn old receivables into cash sooner.

For 30 days from the date an existing customer receives their transition notice, payments toward qualifying outstanding invoices included in that notice incur just one OSB Fee in total. Additional OSB Fees on those invoices are waived during that window. Customers have a clear reason to pay the balance now. Standard card or ACH processing charges, when applicable, remain separate.

LONGEVITY BONUS

More active months. More of your per-stop cost returned.

The same schedule applies to Starter, Core, and Scale. Credit is based on active months, not simply the date an account opened.

36credited Active Months30%of eligible internal OSBlueprint cost earned back

An Active Month is a calendar month with at least five qualifying customer transactions. A calendar month earns at most one Active Month credit. The bonus applies to eligible per-stop OSBlueprint cost, not subscriptions, payment-provider fees, or other third-party costs.

Estimate subscription plus completed paid service stops, before earned Longevity Bonus, payment processing, or scoped services. Tax can be off or manually configured.

100

Payment processing

Payment processing is also available on its own, without using the OSBlueprint app or purchasing an app subscription. For payments inside the app, standard provider fees apply separately when an approved provider is connected and activated. Owners set eligible customer recovery from 0% to 100% where permitted and bear the remainder. Each eligible invoice and Paid Service Stop is assessed independently; there is no cumulative customer-fee cap.

Tax

The Owner can turn tax off when the business does not need to charge it. When tax applies, rates are entered manually and the company reviews invoices and handles filing and remittance. OSBlueprint does not offer automated tax calculation or remittance.

Blueprint and implementation

Discovery and scope are reviewed before any agreement. If import, configuration, training, or rollout services are needed, the work and price are presented in writing. There is no hidden generic implementation fee.

Users and crews

Standard plans include operating-system access during launch, with owner, crew, and customer portals. Any future limits or Enterprise structure are confirmed in writing before activation.

Current status

Public pricing with controlled activation. The site does not activate payments, messaging, or a production account. Communications and processing remain behind provider readiness and owner controls.

THE QUESTIONS OWNERS REALLY ASK

A practical answer beats another promise.

“We’re too small.”

Starter has no monthly subscription. Explore the live demo and see whether a connected workflow would help at your current size.

“We already use QuickBooks.”

OSBlueprint is built around service operations: customers, properties, schedules, crews, finished work and the path to an invoice. Confirm any accounting integration you require before changing your process.

“My crew won’t learn another complicated app.”

The crew view focuses on assigned work and the details needed in the field. Let them judge it in the live demo.

“I don’t want AI making decisions for me.”

The owner stays in control. AiBE assists with context and preparation within authority boundaries; it does not replace your judgment.

“My customers won’t use a portal.”

A customer can still communicate as they do today. The portal offers another way to see service information, requests and invoices when they want it.

“Changing systems sounds painful.”

Start by looking at a real workflow. Onboarding and implementation scope are agreed in writing, so the move is planned around your operation.
