Crew Pocket Library
Prepare policies and procedures, equipment manuals, warranty documents and maintenance history, certifications and licences, Safety Data Sheets, chemical inventories and labels, and other important business documents.
“The time to discover you’re missing a Safety Data Sheet is before an accident—not while a chemical is leaking beside the road.”
Crews need the current approved copy on their phones, in their preferred language where supported, with additional translations on request. Retain originals with translations. Versions, expiry dates and review status must remain visible where implemented. Safety-critical translations need review before use.
Link SDS documents to the chemicals carried by each crew. Equipment sources should support maintenance intervals, warranty conditions and service requirements, with source references and owner confirmation before reminders activate. Maintenance records should support warranty documentation.
Status: broader document/version/translation/reminder capabilities remain to be verified against the application. Offline access was not verified in P0427; do not promise availability during an outage.
Compare merchant NET cost
OSB Fees default to 100% customer recovery. A $2.90 fee less $2.90 recovered leaves $0 unrecovered OSB Fee. Show unrecovered subscription and processing costs separately; compare the merchant’s net total after recovery.
Configurable evidence for other services
Jesse / J Spot’s utility-locating example requires ten specific photos and company-defined closeout steps. Missing paperwork delays payment; a return visit cannot recreate original conditions. The carpet example needs named areas; lawn service needs front/back pairs; window work needs each serviced window area or building side. Configuration and exception handling remain application dependencies.
